Monday
Snack: Soaked oatmeal muffins with apples & cinnamon + herbal tea
Lunch: Bone broth chicken soup with carrots, barley, and peas + sourdough toast with milk
Snack: Sliced pears + nut/seed butter (sunflower for allergies)
Tuesday
Snack: Soft boiled eggs + sprouted toast soldiers
Lunch: Grassfed beef meatballs, mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed greens with milk
Snack: Banana oat cookies + milk or milk alternative
Wednesday
Snack: Yogurt parfait (grass-fed yogurt, berries, flaxseed granola)
Lunch: Lentil & vegetable stew + spelt biscuits with milk
Snack: Seasonal fruit + cheese cubes (or dairy-free option)
Thursday
Snack: Pumpkin bread + chamomile tea
Lunch: Wild salmon cakes (or grassfed chicken), brown rice, broccoli with milk
Snack: Applesauce + homemade almond date bars
Friday
Snack: Warm millet porridge with dried fruit & coconut milk
Lunch: Grassfed turkey stew with root vegetables + cornbread with milk
Snack: Cucumber slices + hummus or seed pâté
Notes About Our Food
All of our meals and snacks are thoughtfully prepared from scratch using high quality, whole food ingredients. We prioritize nourishment, simplicity, and seasonal balance in everything we serve.
All food is homemade using organic and grassfed ingredients whenever possible.
Dairy:
We use Kalona SuperNatural Cream top milk, which is organic, grassfed, and low pasteurized to preserve natural enzymes and nutrients. We use organic grassfed cheese.
Cooking fats include:
Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil, Grassfed Beef Tallow, and Grassfed Butter
Produce is sourced seasonally and organically.
We avoid processed foods, refined sugars, and artificial ingredients.
